This valve is a pilot-to-close check valve. When pressure at port 1 exceeds the spring bias pressure, the free flow is allowed from port 1 to port 2 and blocks the reverse flow. When the pilot ratio is 1.8:1, meaning that the pilot pressure at port 3 exceeds 1/1.8 (approximately 55.6%) of the pressure at port 1, the pilot piston operates and holds the poppet on the valve seat, thus blocking the flow from port 1 to port 2. The valve can be used in regeneration circuits.

  • The valve allows free flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 for holding a load. Flow will not be allowed from port 2 to port 1 when pressure is applied to port 3. Nominal pilot ratio is 1.8:1. This means that a pressure of 100 bar (1400 psi) at the pilot port (port 3) will close a valve against a pressure of 180 bar (2600 psi) at port 1.
  • Internal components are made of high-quality materials, processed heat treatment and precision grinding to achieve excellent wear resistance and protection against contamination for long-lasting durability.
  • This valve does not permit the flow from port 2 to port 1 under any circumstances.
  • The valve will close when all ports reach the same pressure.
  • The pressure at port 2 affects the pilot-to-close pressure at port 3 in a 1:1 ratio.
  • WINNERcoat® Zinc-Nickel Plating is salt spray tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227 for up to 1000 hours.
  • Winner guarantees that all products performance a 100% functional test before shipment.
