Vented, load reactive load control valves combine check and relief features. When load pressure at port 2 rises over the check cracking pressure, the check valve allows free flow from port 2 to port 1. Meantime, relief valve with pilot assistant, direct-acting allows flow from port 1 to port 2. Pilot ratio controls flow rate of the effective setting of the relief valve. Due to the vent at port 4 connect to spring chamber, back pressure at port 2 can be excluded when pressure setting.

  • Setting should be 1.3 times maximum load induced pressure.
  • Turn the screw fully clockwise to reduce the load setting. This action will adjust the spring range to its minimum value: 70 bar for spring code 'H' and 140 bar for code 'J'.
  • Function of these valves is same with 4-port counterbalance valves (CB). The seat as a poppet type to make sure no leakage when it is stationary; and as spool type to control flow rate accurately and stably when it is in operation.
  • This valve is capable of full relief.
  • Turn screw clockwise to reduce setting and release load.
  • These valves exhibit a wider modulation range for flow control compared to pure poppet designs. The extended stroke enables the integration of a unidirectional damping mechanism, facilitating smoother opening and swift closure of the valve.
